House Attendant(Spa)
Job Summary
Verdala Wellness Hotel - AX Privilege is seeking dedicated House Attendants (Spa) to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service within our wellness facilities. This role is essential in creating a seamless wellness experience, assisting guests with amenities, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the spa team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all wellness areas, including treatment rooms, saunas, fitness zones, and relaxation spaces.
- Prepare and reset wellness areas before opening, between guests, and after closing.
- Assist Specialist Therapists, Wellness Practitioners, and Spa Therapists in setting up treatment areas and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Monitor and replenish towels, amenities, and wellness supplies while upholding strict hygiene standards.
- Prepare and serve pre- and post-wellness food and beverages.
- Report maintenance issues and damaged equipment for timely resolution.
- Provide guests with towels, water, and other essential amenities.
- Stay informed about wellness services, products, and facilities to assist guests with inquiries.
- Attend daily briefings and training sessions to maintain high service standards.
- Adhere to uniform, grooming, and hygiene guidelines.
- Work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Comply with all health, safety, and operational protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support wellness operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel, luxury wellness environment, or Forbes Travel Guide-rated establishment (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support various wellness specialists.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
