Guest Wellbeing and Reservations Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Guest Wellbeing & Reservations Specialist to join our team at Verdala Wellness Hotel-AX Privilege, Rabat. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering a seamless guest experience at the Verdala Wellness Hotel. This role combines reservations management with a strong emphasis on guest wellbeing, ensuring that each guest’s journey—from inquiry to departure—is personalised, stress-free, and aligned with the hotel’s wellness philosophy.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and processing reservations efficiently through various booking channels, ensuring accuracy and personalisation.
- Providing tailored recommendations on wellness programmes, spa treatments, and holistic experiences to enhance guest wellbeing.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries with a warm, customer-centric approach while upholding the hotel's wellness values.
- Coordinating with the spa, wellness, and F&B teams to ensure guests' wellbeing preferences and special requests are met.
- Ensuring that all booking details, including wellness packages and dietary preferences, are accurately recorded and communicated.
- Maximising occupancy while maintaining a focus on guest experience and holistic hospitality.
- Assisting in the promotion of wellness retreats, mindfulness programmes, and other specialised offerings.
Requirements:
- Passion for wellness, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and empathetic approach.
- Detail-oriented and well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and guest preferences.
- Knowledge of wellness practices, holistic therapies, or spa services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in reservations systems and guest management platforms.
