Operations Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the Hotel Manager in overseeing all hotel departments and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in luxury hospitality and a passion for wellness-oriented service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Maintain five-star standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and develop teams to deliver excellence.
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Oversee guest relations, VIP handling, and issue resolution.
- Control operational costs and support budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to promote hotel and wellness offerings.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure preventive maintenance.
- Uphold sustainability and wellness values throughout operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a senior leadership role within a luxury or 5-star hotel.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and wellness-focused hospitality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
