Human Resources Administrator
Job Summary
The Verdala Wellness Hotel - AX Privilege is seeking an organised and proactive Human Resources Administrator to support the effective delivery of HR operations. Working closely with the Human Resources Manager, the role focuses on HR administration, recruitment and training support, and compliance with employment legislation, contributing to professional and positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and task logs
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and termination processes
- Handle internal and external communications professionally and promptly
- Support the organisation of in-house training programmes and staff events
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and health & safety standards
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, healthy, and positive working environment
Requirements:
- Diploma-level qualification
- 1–2 years’ experience in an HR administrative or similar role
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital record-keeping systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Experience using HR management systems is considered an asset
