Job Summary
The Concierge plays a key role in delivering personalised, high‑quality service to all guests at AX The Verdala. You will assist guests with reservations, transportation, and tailored recommendations, ensuring every request is handled smoothly and professionally. With a strong focus on discretion, guest satisfaction, and attention to detail, you will help create memorable experiences and support the Front Office team in maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with personalised requests including reservations, transportation, and tailored recommendations.
- Provide accurate information on local attractions, dining, activities, and hotel services.
- Handle guest needs efficiently to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
- Use booking and reservation systems to manage guest arrangements accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and service consistency.
- Support Front Office operations as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold 5‑star service standards in all guest interactions.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel or Forbes Travel Guide‑rated establishment.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same position.
- Proficiency with booking/reservation systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong local knowledge of attractions, dining, and activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
